By creating an account, accessing, or using FluxDeco, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FluxDeco. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features of FluxDeco, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4.1 Credit Purchase

FluxDeco operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate AI-powered furniture designs. You can purchase credits through our platform using supported payment methods.

4.2 Credit Usage

• Credits are consumed when you generate furniture designs
• Credit costs vary based on design complexity and features
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

4.3 Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except:

• In cases of technical errors that prevent credit usage
• When required by applicable consumer protection laws
• At our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances

If you experience technical issues with generation, please contact support at contact@datcrazy.co before requesting a refund.

5.1 Content Generation

FluxDeco uses artificial intelligence to generate furniture design visualizations based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is unique and may not be exactly reproducible
• Generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet expectations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated designs
• Generated images are for visualization purposes only

5.2 Content Accuracy

While we strive for high-quality outputs, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of generated designs for your specific needs.

5.3 No Manufacturing Guarantee

FluxDeco provides visualization services only. We do not manufacture furniture or guarantee that generated designs can be physically constructed. Consult with furniture professionals before manufacturing any design.

6.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by Datcrazy LLP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User-Generated Content License

For designs you create using FluxDeco:

• Personal Use: You retain rights to use generated designs for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Commercial Use: You may use generated designs commercially, provided you comply with these Terms
• Platform License: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your designs in our gallery and promotional materials
• Attribution: We may attribute displayed designs to your username

6.3 Public Gallery Opt-Out

Designs are not automatically added to our public gallery. You control the visibility of your creations through your account settings.

6.4 Third-Party Rights

You must not use FluxDeco to create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization
• Abuse the credits system or engage in fraudulent activities
• Share account credentials or resell access
• Interfere with Platform security or performance
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Collect user data without consent

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may experience:

• Scheduled maintenance windows
• Temporary outages due to technical issues
• Performance degradation during high demand
• Service modifications or discontinuation

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI-generated content. Your use of FluxDeco is at your sole risk.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of FluxDeco shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Datcrazy LLP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your User Content or generated designs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Extended inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Unused credits will be forfeited unless termination was due to our breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Account deletion is irreversible and results in loss of all data and unused credits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FluxDeco shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations by contacting us at contact@datcrazy.co.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FluxDeco at any time without notice. We may also update pricing, features, or functionality. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Datcrazy LLP regarding FluxDeco.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
